Founded in 1969, the Caribbean Cooling Company is St. Croix’s oldest air conditioning company. In 1998 Daniel Lawrence became the sole owner of the Caribbean Cooling Company. The Caribbean Cooling Company continues to be a leader in the air conditioning industry in the Virgin Islands.
The Caribbean Cooling Company has launched various air conditioning projects for residential and commercial properties. Caribbean Cooling also offers in-depth maintenance for various air conditioning systems. Additionally, the Caribbean Cooling Company has an on-site fabrication shop that allows the company to fabricate various P3 duct systems, metal and fiberglass ducts.

All the services we offer come with free proposals. Basically, someone goes to the customer, does a quick check-up, and then puts together a formal offer for the job. We install different systems, like ducted units, mini splits, package units, and chilled water systems. All units are installed, serviced, and maintained by the company.
